本日はナバホ族　Ernest Rangel　トゥーファキャスト　フラワー　バングルのご紹介。

多様な作風と技法を持つ彼の作品は繊細なものから存在感のあるものまで多種の作品を生み出します。

このバングルは重厚なトゥーファキャストで作られたシルバーにフラワーやツイストワークを施しています。

少し珍しいデザインですね。

本日はの1930's サントドミンゴ族　ターコイズ　ヒーシー　ネックレスご紹介。

およそ８０〜９０年前のこのネックレス。

ヒーシーとは天然石をビーズ状にし、通していく技法、ヒーシー　で製作する技法。

練り物のターコイズではなく、正真正銘のターコイズを削り出して作られています。

大きめのペンダントを通しても良いですよ。

非常に貴重な作品です。
